Candidates are sourced via our own database, direct search or supported with online advertisements. In candidate sourcing, we also have access to the databases of our international PRAXI Alliance network.

After more than 25 years of experience, Egmont Jaehn has built up a well-founded network that we are happy to make available to you: assessment, succession planning, managing and foundation board issues, coaching, newplacement and interim management.
